The goal of Veterinary Medical Imaging (VMI) is to provide accessible advanced diagnostic imaging to veterinary hospitals in Northern California and to elevate the diagnostic imaging capabilities and standards of veterinarians through continuing education and quality service.
Services: The focus of VMI is to provide diagnostic imaging support to veterinary specialty hospitals in the greater Sacramento and San Joaquin Valley regions as well as the Bay Area, and to provide mobile ultrasound services to general veterinary practices in the Sacramento region. VMI offers advanced cross-sectional imaging services (CT and MRI) to the veterinary community through alliances with specialty referral centers that house this equipment on-site. VMI offers consultation on radiographs, ultrasound, CT, and MRI.
We offer a teleradiology service on a national level that provides general, emergency, and specialty hospitals with 7 day a week coverage for digital radiology consultation. This service strives to provide accurate diagnostic imaging support with rapid turnaround times.
